The position of this Villa is in a very quiet area just outside Denia and a short walk from the beach. Jávea is also not far away. Many Restaurants and Shopping facilities are close by. Here on the North Costa Blanca there are many sporting activities and beautiful beaches.

This lovely house has 3 bedrooms of which one is situated in the tower with its own entrance, 1 bathroom and a large sun terrace. 2 further bedrooms and 1 bathroom are on the ground floor as well as a large open plan living/dining room with a cosy fireplace for the cooler winter months. The house has a well equipped kitchen.

There is gas central heating, a washing machine, Satellite TV (German, English, French and Spanish) as well as a HiFi system.

Bedclothes, towels and beach towels are included in the rental price.

The whole plot is approx. 400 sq m and is securely fenced in. The garden is landscaped with lovely palms and Oleander. There is a parking space behind a locked gate in the grounds of the garden.
